Job Description:
As a technical sales specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience across our diverse product and service portfolio. You’ll be the go-to expert, engaging with clients via phone, email, and in person, crafting tailored quotations, and using your skills in upselling to clinch deals. Beyond securing orders, your mission also includes offering top-notch technical advice and ensuring customer delight is always at the forefront. Efficiency and the ability to juggle priorities are key, as you’ll also tackle some administrative duties. You won’t be alone in this journey; a team of seasoned professionals will be there to guide and nurture your growth into an outstanding technical sales specialist.

- Graduate or equivalent level education
- Experience in a (technical) commercial role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of technology, affinity for technology, and willingness to learn all about new digital trends in the EU IT landscape
- Native-level fluency in English and professional Dutch language proficiency is an added advantage.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Sisar B.V. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in the Netherlands. You will also be responsible for payroll processing and maintaining local HR policies and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in the Netherlands, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintaining HR processes and documentation are in line with local regulations. Stay up-to-date with local labour laws and regulations, making necessary adjustments to HR policies and practices
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local employment laws, taxation, and benefits.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Participate in the recruitment process by interviewing candidates and assessing their HR skills.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the talent Acquisition team and bridge any gaps in the standard hiring and onboarding processes.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related concerns.
Qualifications:
- Graduation in HR Business management, Organizational Development or any other field align to HRM
- Proven experience in HR management, with a minimum of 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws, compliance, and regulations.
- Work permit and Visa related compliances
- Experience in end-to-end payroll processing in the Netherlands.

As IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales within the Netherlands/EU market. You will work closely with our senior sales team and play a key role in building relationships with prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the Netherlands/EU market.
- Research and gather market intelligence to understand client needs, industry needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
