Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Sisar B.V. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in the Netherlands. You will also be responsible for payroll processing and maintaining local HR policies and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in the Netherlands, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintaining HR processes and documentation are in line with local regulations. Stay up-to-date with local labour laws and regulations, making necessary adjustments to HR policies and practices
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local employment laws, taxation, and benefits.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Participate in the recruitment process by interviewing candidates and assessing their HR skills.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the talent Acquisition team and bridge any gaps in the standard hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in HR Business management, Organizational Development or any other field align to HRM
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a minimum of 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws, compliance, and regulations.
  • Work permit and Visa related compliances
  • Experience in end-to-end payroll processing in the Netherlands.
  • Native-level fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the Netherlands/EU market.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and services, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, or data analytics, is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in the English language. Dutch would be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the EU for client meetings, as required.
